"Just bad customer service in general. Assistant hung up on me on 2 separate occasions when I asked her to stop interrupting me. Actually said I cussed at her, lies. Not saying i didn't want to... Was a longtime customer,14 years. There's more but not worth my time, don't waste yours either 🙄"

We listen to our customers and do what they request, when they request it. As for the cussing. Yes, we do not appreciate that type of language given to us. "Just a breeze! Great customer service. I recommend their business. Update on my previous review! Everything seemed to be smooth coming back to state farm after receiving my last bill . Since I cancelled a renters policy within an existing policy period there was a Non Disclosed increase on my bill that according to the agent it makes me not qualify for a discount anymore and again nothing was communicated in advance or whatsoever. This is not about the money . It's the lack of a clear communication what annoys me. Not sure if I would continue my business with this company."
"Hello Merci, after reviewing your account and our notes about your policy we found that you started a condo policy with us and then cancelled it right away. When starting the condo policy your auto policy received a multi-line discount which was on your bill. Since that policy was cancelled by your request, that discount came off your auto policy. We are sorry for the frustration that this has caused! "
