"Just a breeze! Great customer service. I recommend their business. Update on my previous review! Everything seemed to be smooth coming back to state farm after receiving my last bill . Since I cancelled a renters policy within an existing policy period there was a Non Disclosed increase on my bill that according to the agent it makes me not qualify for a discount anymore and again nothing was communicated in advance or whatsoever. This is not about the money . It's the lack of a clear communication what annoys me. Not sure if I would continue my business with this company."
"Hello Merci, after reviewing your account and our notes about your policy we found that you started a condo policy with us and then cancelled it right away. When starting the condo policy your auto policy received a multi-line discount which was on your bill. Since that policy was cancelled by your request, that discount came off your auto policy. We are sorry for the frustration that this has caused! "
